3. Account Security

Our total liability to you in respect of any claim arising from these terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the amount deposited by you in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
11. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes arising from your use of the PR 210 platform will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines. PR 210 operates under a license issued by PAGCOR (Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation).

12. Termination
PR 210 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your account at any time and without prior notice if we reasonably believe you have violated any part of these Terms and Conditions. Upon termination, any bonus funds will be forfeited. Any real money balance that was not derived from prohibited activity will be returned to you through your registered payment method, subject to verification requirements.
You may also close your account at any time by contacting our support team. Closing your account does not release you from any outstanding obligations — for example, a pending withdrawal request will still be processed.
